Many times you can find Steve speaking at conferences throughout the Midwest on relevant topics such as, how businesses can stop lighting their marketing dollars on fire and get trackable results. In the office, he helps to set the vision for the organization and leads day-to-day organizations.
Steve and the teams work has resulted in Maly Marketing winning numerous American Marketing Awards and the Friend of Tourism award given out by the Nebraska Tourism. He also sits on the board for the Nebraska Travel Association along with numerous business boards in Lincoln.
Away from the office, Steve likes to chase little white balls around the golf course and is passionate about continuing education.

Griffin Gale
Griffin oversees and directs the creative process for our clients. He conducts the research required for developing campaign strategy and implementation. Griffin has coordinated many of the campaigns that have been executed by Maly Marketing, providing him a wealth of experience.
Monica Brockett
Monica is one of the designers on our creative team. She is responsible for creating a variety of website design, print ads, digital ads, and motion graphics. She is always ready to make things happen and look “cool.” She started as an intern with Maly Marketing and is now a permanent member of the team (with her very own desk). She continues to create anything clients throw her way and has recently expanded her creativity into voice-overs for some of our clients.
Monica is fueled by cheeseburgers, Diet Pepsi, and her love of all things vintage. She enjoys caring for her many animals, two of which being a beagle named Joseph and a dachshund named Blanche. When she’s not cooking or drawing, she’s probably furthering her knowledge by watching another obscure documentary on Netflix.
Dany Sisson
Dany takes our clients step-by-step through the video production stages, ensuring the best organization, shoot, and editing strategies for their goals. Along with being our video producer, Dany assists in managing our social media platforms and has a niche for copy editing.
Here are some wicked-cool facts about Dany:
She resides in Los Angeles, California
She moved to her college campus without visiting first and took a two-day train ride there with only three suitcases
She cooked 200 new recipes in just one year
Her corgi is a two-time Omaha Corgi Race Heat Champion
She can do a kip-up
*A kip-up [kip-uhp] (also called a rising handspring, kick-up, or carp skip-up) is an acrobatic move in which a person transitions from a supine position to a standing position.*
Kurt Hesser
Kurt is responsible for any initial contact with potential clients and the fact-finding process to learn about each business or organization.
Kurt is always willing to lend an ear or a helpful hand to help navigate through any issues facing each client. He works closely with our clients and our creative team to manage projects, ensuring they stay on deadline and within budget.
Kurt has a great sense of humor, is a movie buff, and lover of the stage. When not hanging with his two sons, you typically can find him playing cards or at the theatre.
Christine McWilliams
Christine has several years of experience with account management and has a passion for helping people. Whether providing top-notch and timely customer service, problem-solving, or simply listening — to Christine, no detail is too small when it comes to ensuring that we are producing the best work for our clients. While she doesn’t have a beard like many of us here at Maly Marketing, she is uber-organized and helps keep everyone in line.
Christine is an animal lover with two small dogs (Pickle and Meatball) that don’t let her go anywhere in the house by herself. She also volunteers at the local shelter, where she gets to walk and hang out with even more “puppies.” Christine believes variety is the spice of life and likes to travel, try new foods and restaurants, and is always up for new music recommendations.
Tessa Lukesh
Tessa is one of the copywriters on our creative team. She writes the words for digital ads, websites, social media posts, and a bunch of other projects.
Some fun facts you should know about Tessa:
She’s a drummer, enjoys working out, can be found curating her playlists in Spotify, has lived in NE, CO, and PA (in that order), and admires the Oxford comma.
Dan Jenkins
Dan is responsible for website development, carefully juggling PHP, CSS, HTML, JS, SEO, GTM, and WTF ever else is needed. Once the sites are released into the wild, he handles their care and feeding.
Dan plays in a ridiculously loud rock band that provides courtesy earplugs to the audience. With what little hearing he has left, he enjoys listening to actual vinyl records and may (or may not) have too many of them.
Carolyn McDermott
Carolyn is our account manager. She spends her days keeping up with clients and talking it out with the creative team. She’s all about asking questions, taking action, and writes a damn good email. When she’s not at the Haymarket office, catch her on two wheels or lip-syncing to her niece and nephews—sometimes both at the same time!
Kayla Sloan Lamb
Kayla is our digital media buyer. With over 5 years and millions of dollars of ad spend under her belt, Kayla has seen the ebbs and flows that can come with digital marketing and social media advertisements. She loves to nerd out that and other online business topics with Steve and some of our clients.
When she’s not working with Maly Marketing, Kayla also enjoys expanding her online business skills via her business as a coach for virtual assistants. Outside of the office, you can find Kayla playing with her toddler son, or building Lego with her husband.
